Hi, I’m Rachel
I'm a Wellbeing in Leadership Coach with over 14 years of experience helping people grow, without being so hard on themselves in the process. I'm also a tea sommelier in training, a recovering perfectionist, and someone who knows firsthand what it feels like to give everything you have and still feel like it's not enough.
And if you found your way here, there’s a good chance that you may be ready for a slower but still meaningful kind of growth.

Maybe you’re high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside.
Maybe you’re not burned out yet, but you can feel yourself getting there. After all, where there’s smoke there’s fire.
You’re not behind or lazy.
You’re human.
And I built this space with you in mind.
I’ve grown my entire career in the talent development space helping adults chance and improve their behavior. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Training and Development, my ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation, and hold the CPTD certification through the Association for Talent Development. Living in the intersection of learning, coaching and human performance has been a fascinating experience for me.
But here’s what my credentials don’t tell you: I’m also someone who has had to learn most of this that I teach the hard way. I’ve navigated burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism and the particular exhaustion that comes from being capable and over-extended at the same time. I write about these things because I’ve lived them, not because I have them 100% figured out all the time. I’m getting little bit better every day, and I’m happy to walk this journey with you giving you insights that can make your experience better than what it was yesterday.
Outside of this work, I’m a dog mom, a reformer pilates regular, and someone who takes her tea and books very seriously. I believe rest is productive, that self-compassion is a skill worth practicing, and that you don’t have to have it all together to take one step forward.
